that above (the SMTP settings alone) to

SMTP: smtp.vodacom.co.za

and in the "More Settings" dialog UN-CHECK the tick-box "My outgoing mail server requires
authentication"
.

FAQ: My Outlook keeps asking for a username and password or the connection times out, what is wrong?

ANS: You have a device on your network that is trying to logon to our POP3 or SMTP server
with an incorrect username and password. This device might not be your computer, it might be your phone, tablet etc.
In cases like these our server will block you with it's firewall since it "thinks" you are trying to hack an email account.

The solution to this would be to find the device and correct the password or username. If you still have trouble
connecting after an hour, please note your IP:3.141.29.178, then use the support link above and state
in the support ticket your IP address (3.141.29.178) and the fact that you might be blocked by the firewall. A member of the staff
will try and rectify the problem as soon as possible.
